MULTIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATOR (MEE)

With regards to our client's requirement and applications, we manufacture customized evaporators that are solely designed to optimize the operating costs keeping in mind the initial costs. We have the capacity to develop single or multi-effect evaporating systems by making use of falling film, forced circulation, and scraped surfaces to fulfill the product requirements of our clients.
In our multiple-effect evaporator plants, the downstream-arranged evaporation is heated by using the exhaust evaporators to reduce the consumption of steam. In a single-effect evaporator, the heat content is almost equal to the heat input observed on the heating side.
Typically, when it comes to water evaporation, 1kg/h of live steam produces around 1kg/h vapor as the heating values for evaporation on the product as well as the heating side is almost the same. CentPro evaporators are energy-efficient as the vapor produced by the primary source of energy is utilized as steaming heat reducing energy consumption by around 50 percent.
Falling Film Evaporator (FFE)
Falling film multi-effect evaporators are highly energy-efficient and specially designed for the concentration of heat in sensitive products that have a low-scaling tendency. We manufacture modern, efficient, and state-of-the-art TVR and MVR multi-effect evaporators at our manufacturing unit.
Forced Circulation Evaporator (FCE)
Forced circulation evaporators are highly suitable for applications that involve materials with high viscosity and other products that contain higher solids. Moreover, forced circulation evaporator is also used as a crystallize. In order to obtain high concentration, forced circulation evaporators are used in a series with falling film evaporators.
