Vaccum Batch Extraction System
Typically, a batch-type extraction system is made of a cylindrical pan that is steam jacketed and a feed part at the top to load the raw material. In addition, the wet residue is discharged through the bottom which can be opened hydraulically. Further, the aroma of the product, oils, and the organic solvents can be recovered with a vacuum condenser line.
Applications: Herbal extraction, Natural dyes extraction, hydrolyzed meat extraction, extraction of poly phenols.
High Pressure Extraction
In a high-pressure extraction system, the size of the material is pre-defined and is weighed and then eventually charged into stainless steel extractor columns. The extractor columns are connected to each other in a series. Based on the process requirement, the number of columns and the extraction temperature can be varied.
Applications: Soluble coffee extraction, herbal extraction, protein hydrolisation, mineral extraction
