Our specially designed ATFD are highly-acquired by Pharmacy companies, textile industries, agrochemical industries, sugar industries, and effluent treatment plants.

ATFD is a modernized apparatus used for continuous processing of concentrated materials into dry solids. It consists of a cylindrical and vertical body with a heating jacket and a rotor inside the shell equipped with rows and pendulum blades of the length of the dryer. 

The wet feed is evenly distributed over the heated walls with the help of hinged blades of the rotor. The high turbulence evaporates the water/solvent only to convert the liquid into a slurry form, a cake, dry powder, or flex.

The vapor rises upwards and collected as condensate in a condenser. The system operates under vacuum for temperature-sensitive products and at atmospheric temperature for natural drying.
